Donating to a charity is a straightforward yet impactful way to support a worthy cause. Donating is not the only a way to support important work but also a means to engage with and uplift your community. We hope you choose us!!  Our testimonials prove time and time again just how much of a positive impact we have on our nominees, their mental health, and even their families.

 

Big or small, every donation to Feeling Fab helps support someone in our community who is experiencing grief, loss, bereavement, or trauma. Your donation will allow us to take our Wellness Day programme to communities around New Zealand.
 

You can donate in many ways:

  • A recurring donation

  • Goods, products, services for our programme

Donating to us is tax deductible!

  1. Keep Donation Receipts: When you donate to a charity, the charity must provide you with an official receipt that includes the charity’s registration number, the donation amount, and the date. These receipts are essential for claiming your tax credit.

  2. Donations Tax Credit Form: To claim the tax credit, individuals need to fill out the IR526 form (Donations Tax Credit form), which is submitted to Inland Revenue (IRD). This can be done either as part of your annual tax return or via a separate claim.

  3. Claiming Timeframe: You can claim the donation credit for donations made in the last 4 years, so it’s important to keep all receipts for at least 4 years.

  4. Maximum Claim: You can claim donations of up to one-third of your annual income. If you donate more than this, the excess can be carried forward to future years.
