Hello and Welcome to Feeling Fab. We are a non-profit organisation who work through other charitable trusts and organisations to provide Pamper Days for those who have experienced grief, bereavement, trauma or loss.
We must receive this form, in order to process your nomination. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your nomination request. We will be in contact with you when we can confirm the date of the Pamper Day we will be inviting you to.
